T.C. Roughley

Theodore Cleveland Roughley  1888-1961

A zoologist and author, Roughley joined the Technological Museum (now the Powerhouse Museum) in Sydney, in 1911. His "Fishes of Australia and their Technology" was published by the museum in 1916.
